When I look out to the waters I see creation being creative.
This shot was taken at Buttermere looking out over the lake to Fleetwith Pike covered in the last of the setting sun. On either side covered in shadow we see the last glimps of Hay Stacks on the right, with Buttermere Fell and High Crag and on the left Robinson and Hindscarth and tiny amount of sun dancing on Hindscarth Edge going through to Dale Head.
A polariser was used to deepen the blues but not to remove the reflection and the use of 2 ND grad filters - an ND.6 for the sky and an upside down ND.3 for the reflection in the water to bring in all in contrast with the forests on either slopes of the mountains.
