Look into the dew drop...

Another photo taken at Wicken Fen (UK) on a cold and frosty morning. As the sun had started to rise the frost melted and formed some lovely droplets of dew. So I went hunting around for some dew (I know it sounds weird!).

Anyway I found some, and this shot is one of them.

The title was originally "green dew" but I decided to change it as I feel it is more descriptive of how I view this photo and thats how I want it to be.

Lol, i find that pic funny for some reason, with that small water drop sitting on the plant. Anyways, that is also a slick pic. It deserves a fav.

What can I say other than that's very impressive?
The detail of the shot is breathtaking, especially the reflection in the water.

My only critisim, and I don't know whether you can help this or not, is that I might like to see the areas around the water droplet be a little more in focus.
But no matter, great job!

Really nice shot, it perhaps could have been a bit sharper on the leaf, maybe an increase in aperature? anyways its a great shot that deserves a :+fav:.

yeah would have loved to get that, but I was using f8 as it was handheld and at 180mm with 1.4x tele @1/250sec ISO 800, bit of problem for depth of field....

Note to self... carry tripod next time...
